3. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency selected at checkout.

Susan & Jennifer is not responsible for delays or costs resulting from customs clearance.

5. Processing & Delivery

Order processing:
1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Estimated delivery:
Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only.

Orders are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners, including warehouses located outside the United States.

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • customs inspections

  • carrier delays

  • public holidays

  • external factors beyond our control

Susan & Jennifer is not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

6. Cancellations & Returns

All cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Please note in particular:

  • Sale and discounted items are final sale, except where defective or incorrect

  • Returns are subject to eligibility requirements and timeframes

7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered

  • Susan & Jennifer is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses

  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase

  • Address modifications cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun
